Through an Eternal Early Summer

永遠の初夏をゆく

Solo exhibition

2020. Gallery Nenohoshi, Tokyo, Japan

“Through an Eternal Early Summer”, a solo exhibition at Gallery Nenohoshi, led the following year to “Sunset, the Beginning of a New Day”.

Held in 2020 amid the uncertainty of the pandemic, it was made in search of more light, and with hope. Within “The Breath” series' meditation on the life force of plants, small narrative elements — human and bear-like figures — began to appear for the first time, marking the starting point of a lineage that leads to the ongoing “Arte and Polari” project.
